Step 1: Apply the liquid color and let it set.
Step 2: Apply the clear gloss to lock in color and add shine.

Dermatologically tested.
Apply the colored base evenly on clean, dry lips.
Allow to dry completely.
Finish with the clear gloss for a smooth, glossy effect.
